Class 2/3 Sales
As a Class 2 SOT we can legally manufacture & sell suppressors, short barrel & full automatic weapons.
That being said, the State of Ohio, doesn't restrict civilian ownership of suppressed or short barrel (NFA) weapons by civilians.
It does however restrict full automatic weapon possession to active government, military & law enforcement personnel. So unless you are active government,
military or law enforcement & can produce the proper credentials, please don't ask us to supply you with a "machine gun", selective
fire or full automatic weapon.
In a nut shell, if you are legal to own
a firearm, if you so desire it is possible to own a suppressor or short barrel weapon as well. Basically, there is a few more forms to fill out, an extra background check & a one time $200 tax charged to the final owner for each Class 3 NFA item.
